For best retention results, always applicate at the top or bottom view of the natural lash; slide the extension down the natural lash to secure a tight 2mm bond in between the natural eyelash and eyelash extension for best retention results. Do not apply the eyelash extension to the left or right side of the lash. Always apply for the eyelash extension from the top or bottom view at the base of the natural lash, if the eyelash extension turns around on the natural lash or drops/falls, it has not bonded and adhered to the natural lash correctly.
