MK Haus Of Beauty Booking Policy - Online & In-Salon Training:

By purchasing any training course from MK Haus Of Beauty, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Refunds & Cancellations - Online Courses:

  • No Refunds After Access - Once any online course has been accessed, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances.
  • Activation Period - Online courses must be activated within 16 hours of receiving the activation text message. Course access must commence within three months of
    purchase. Failure to activate within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of access without refund.
  • 1:1 Online Training Course Dates - Purchased 1:1 training courses must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If no dates are selected within this timeframe, no refunds will be issued for change of mind or lack of interest in completing the course.


Refunds & Cancellations - In-Salon Training:

  • Practical Training Date Cancellation
    Policy - If a student cancels their one on one practical training session within seven days of the scheduled training date, the session will be forfeited. No credit or refunds will be issued, as the salon is closed exclusively for training setup and preparation.
  • Rescheduling Restrictions - Students may reschedule their practical training date only once within two weeks notice or the session will be forfeited. Further cancellations or change requests will result in loss of the training fee, as our business incurs costs for shutting down salon operations for these sessions.
  • Certification & Course Completion -
    Upon successful completion of a 1:1 training course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. If assessment tasks, modules, or homework are incomplete or non-competent, only a Certificate of Participation will be issued.
  • MK Haus Of Beauty is a private education provider and is NOT an RTO (Registered Training Organisation).

Legal Binding Notice

This policy is legally binding and is published under MK Haus Of Beauty's NSW business regulations. Customers agree to these terms upon enrolment and purchase.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping:

If any missing, damaged or faulty items have been delivered please notify us within 24-28 hours of receiving the delivery, failure to do so will not be tolerated and or accepted. If any missing, damaged or faulty items are delivered please email sufficient evidence to mkhausofbeauty@gmail.com

MK Haus Of Beauty take a number of safety precautions to ensure all products are packed securely and safely, MK Haus Of Beauty use Australia Post / E-Parcel for nationwide postal items or FedEx & DHL for any international shipping.

Express shipping is charged at $14.95 per order, Bulky items may occur an additional fee. Not appliable to international shipping*. If you have an enquiry on an estimate bulky items or any estimated delivery times, please make contact at mkhausofbeauty@gmail.com or via the website “CONTACT US” tab.

Free Shipping for all orders totaling over $300.00 – This may not be applicable to bulky or heavy items including the MK Moonlight. Not appliable to international shipping*

Any shipments valued over $100 will required a signature on delivery or delivered to the local postal address provided on your order, No orders will be ‘left in a safe place’ or ‘left unattended’.

Please allow up to 1-2 for order processing and packaging, Australia Post will provide you with a correct tracking number within 24 hours of the goods packaged. Please remember to add your contact phone number and email address for further tracking and delivery updates.

If goods return to MK Haus Of Beauty and require a redelivery, surcharges will be applied of another delivery fee. 

There is no change of minds refunds available. Please order your items accurately as MK Haus Of Beauty does not offer refunds do to health, hygiene and safety reasons.

MK Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and valid for 6 months from date of purchase, No refunds. If you have purchased through a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL Merchant Service) Please make contact directly through the provider.

If a product is NIL stock or on backorder, We will contact you within 24 hours for a refund or store credit, if no response is provided within 3 days the order will be refunded in full and cancelled with notification through to your email address provide on your order.
